CoordML Runner Overview

CoordML system is currently shipped with a Python runner (runner). However, CoordML do not place more restriction on runners than some API specifications. In other words, it is possible to extend the CoordML system by implementing runners in other languages, such as Java and C++, to run tasks in various types.
